House Rules

We kindly ask that you observe the following :-
• 🕐 Check in :-  4:00 PM.  Check out :- 10:00 AM
• 🐾 Well behaved dogs welcome – max 2
• 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property
• ❌ No parties, events, or large gatherings
• 🚘 Please do not charge electric vehicles at the cottage ( see EV section below )
• 👶 Please supervise children around outdoor areas and stairs

There are EV Charging Points available on site. These are situated on Woodspring Way YO149GB second right coming from the gatehouse these are maintained by the site owners.

** GUESTS MUST NOT CHARGE VEHICLES FROM THE COTTAGE ** due to safety and insurance restrictions. This is monitored, and failure to follow this rule may result in your stay being cancelled.
